Rihanna planning Katy Perry's bachelorette party, Perry says Russell Brand will be 'perfect' baby daddy

(Aladdin Blog) - Rihanna is planning the bachelorette party of fellow pop star Katy Perry, who is engaged to British actor and comedian Russell Brand and who the "California Gurls" singer says will make a "perfect" father if and when the two decide to have children.

“It’s taking up way more time than my tour," Rihanna told the Access Hollywood show recently. "It’s so much pressure. Her wedding is probably going to be the best wedding I’ve ever been to and now I have to match the bachelorette party to that."

"I could have balloons and Disney characters there and she’ll still make it wild," said the R&B and pop star, who is in the middle of her "Last Girl on Earth" tour. "That’s just Katy Perry. There’s no way around that with her."

Perry, a 25-year-old California singer known for her wild fashion style and 35-year-old Brand, a controversial comedian and former MTV host who shot to fame in the 2008 film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, are believed to have begun dating in the fall of 2009. They announced their engagement in January.

"We are excited to get married of course and I think in marriage when you're picking a partner that is one of the things to keep in mind is, 'Would he be a good baby daddy?' and he'll be perfect," Perry said in a recent video interview on her official YouTube channel.

Perry has joked that Brand, a reformed sex and drug addict, "used to basically be a professional prostitute" before he started dating her. The two are set to wed in October, according to UK media reports.

Perry told OnTheRedCarpet.com in April that plans for her wedding are "going great" because Brand is planning the event, adding: "He has really good taste. He buys those brides' magazines and stuff."

Meanwhile, Brand is filming a remake of the 1981 film Arthur with actress Helen Mirren and Perry recently released her second second single, "Teenage Dream", off her third studio album by the same name that hits stores on August 24. She released "California Gurls", the lead track, in May.

The singer just filmed the music video for "Teenage Dream" in her hometown of Santa Barbara and she says it is different than the clip for "California Gurls'.

"I think with 'Teenage Dream' you'll see a very raw, almost vulnerable, like so vulnerable," Perry said. "I had to wear so many less layers of make-up and I would show up to set and they would be like, 'No, take it all off.' I'm nervous. I had to make out with a boy. It was very traumatizing. I was kind of mean to him. I would be the one to call 'cut' because I was like, I can't do this, I feel so horrible.'"

Perry recently revealed the cover of her new album during an internet chat and is set to co-host the Teen Choice Awards on August 9 with the actors from the musical comedy series Glee. Perry is nominated for six awards - Choice Female Hottie, Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon—Female, Choice Music: Single and Choice Summer Music: Song for "California Gurls", Choice Music: Hook Up for her duet with Timbaland called "If We Ever Meet Again" and Choice Summer Music Star: Female.

Facebook 'Unsure' if Zuckerberg Sold Site Years Ago

(Aladdin Blog) - A lawyer for Facebook Inc. said she was “unsure” whether company founder Mark Zuckerberg signed a contract that purportedly entitles a New York man to 84 percent of the world’s biggest social-networking service.

Paul Ceglia sued Facebook and Zuckerberg in state court June 30, claiming that an April 2003 contract entitles him to ownership of most of the closely held company. Ceglia’s lawyer produced a copy of the document for U.S. District Judge Richard Arcara today at a hearing in federal court in Buffalo, New York.

“Whether he signed this piece of paper, we’re unsure at this moment,” Facebook lawyer Lisa Simpson told Arcara.

Palo Alto, California-based Facebook, which hasn’t claimed the alleged contract with Ceglia is a phony, has “serious questions” about its authenticity, Simpson said.

The case is the latest challenge to the origins of Facebook, which is worth $24.6 billion, according to SharesPost.com, a marketplace for closely held firms. Facebook’s paternity was questioned in a suit by a group of Zuckerberg’s former Harvard University schoolmates, who claimed he used code developed on their ConnectU project to start Facebook. They settled in 2008.

Facebook Request

Today’s hearing was for Arcara to consider a request by Facebook to dissolve a temporary injunction, issued by a state court judge June 30, preventing the company from transferring assets. The parties resolved the issue by agreeing to let the injunction expire July 23. Arcara extended an order staying the injunction until then, which means it will have no effect.

The parties, appearing before Arcara for the first time in the case, also provided new details of their clients’ stories in response to questions from the judge.

“Mr. Zuckerberg did have a contract with Mr. Ceglia,” Simpson said. Zuckerberg, 26, worked for Ceglia as a computer coder, she said.

Facebook claims Ceglia remained silent for more than six years and his claim is probably too old to pursue. Also, Ceglia claims his alleged contract, which refers to “The Face Book,” was signed about nine months before Facebook was founded, the company said in court papers.

Today in court, Ceglia’s attorney, Terrence Connors, produced a copy of the two-page “work for hire” contract that his client said entitles him to control of the social-networking service.

StreetFax

Connors told the judge that Ceglia was a Web designer trying to develop a project called “StreetFax” in the spring of 2003. Ceglia’s plan was to put millions of photos of streets into a database and charge insurers money to access it.

“What he needed was a coder,” Connors told the judge.

Ceglia solicited bids to do the work. The lowest bidder was Zuckerberg, then a Harvard freshman. Zuckerberg said he would do the job for $1,000, Connors said.

“But I’ve got a project of my own,” Connors said Zuckerberg told his client. “I’m developing an online yearbook for Harvard kids now, but I’m thinking of expanding it.”

The contract was intended to cover the coding work on StreetFax and Ceglia’s investment in Zuckerberg’s “fledgling project,” Connors said. “Who knew then that it would turn into what it is today?”

In response to questions outside court, Connors declined to explain why it took Ceglia so long to file his legal claim. He also declined to say whether Ceglia had made any demand for money or for an ownership share from Facebook before suing.

The case is Ceglia v. Zuckerberg, 10-CV-00569, U.S. District Court, Western District of New York (Buffalo).

LAGOS, NIGERIA: ALADDIN BLOG:- This is the black couple who have amazed medical experts after their baby daughter was born with white skin, blue eyes and blonde hair.
Benjamin and Angela Ihegboro's daughter, Nmachi, has flummoxed genetic experts who are unable to explain why she looks they way she does.
Doctors say the white-skinned newborn is not an albino.
The blonde, blue-eyed girl's Nigerian parents say they don't know of any white ancestry in either of their families.

The British couple are both of Igbo Nigerian origin and have dark skin.
Father Ben Ihegboro, 44, a customer services adviser, admitted that when he saw the baby he exclaimed 'What the flip?' before joking: 'Is she mine?'
Doctors at Queen Mary hospital in Sidcup insist that Nmachi - whose name means 'beauty of God' in the couple's native Igbo language - is not an albino.
Her stunned parents, who already have two black children, just 'sat and stared' at their white baby when she arrived, they told the Sun last night.
'We both just sat there after the birth staring at her,' said Mr Ihegboro.
Mum Angela said: 'She is beautiful, a miracle baby.'
Despite jokingly asking whether he was the father, Mr Igegboro said: 'Of course she is mine.
'My wife is true to me. Even if she hadn't been, the baby wouldn't have looked like that!'
Pale skin genes can skip generations but neither Ben nor Angela Ihegboro - who only moved to Britain five years ago - know of any white heritage in either of their families.
'She doesn't look like an albino child anyway,' Mr Ihegboro said.
'Not like the ones I have seen back in Nigeria or in books. She just looks like a healthy white baby.
'My mum is a black Nigerian although she has a bit fairer skin than mine. But we don't know of any white ancestry.

'We wondered if it was a genetic twist. But even then, what is with the long curly blonde hair.'
The couple also have an older daughter, Dumebi, two, and a son, Chisom, four.
Mr Ihegboro said the couple's son was even more confused than them.
He added: 'Our boy keeps coming to look at his sister and sits down looking puzzled.
'We are a black family. Suddenly he has a white sister.
'But all that matters is that she is healthy and that we love her.'
Skin colour is believed to be determined by up to seven different genes working together.
If a woman is of mixed race, her eggs will usually contain a mixture of genes coding for both black and white skin. Similarly, a man of mixed race will have a variety of different genes in his sperm.
When these eggs and sperm come together, they will create a baby of mixed race.
But, very occasionally, the egg or sperm might contain genes coding for one skin colour. If both the egg and sperm contain all white genes, the baby will be white. And if both contain just the versions necessary for black skin, the baby will be black.

The gambling man who co-founded Apple and left for $800

Pahrump, Nevada (CNN) -- Ron Wayne is usually just another gambler at the Nugget Hotel & Casino in Nevada. He comes here a couple of days a week to try his luck on the video poker machine. But on this trip, he drew some curious onlookers, as he was escorted by a CNN camera crew. A gift-shop worker asked him if he's famous.

"Well, I'm one of the founders of Apple Computer," Wayne responded.

Wayne, 76, is used to the puzzled looks. He said people assume that he must be living in a mansion.

"I'm living off my Social Security and I do a modest trade in collectors' stamps and coins," he said.

The irony of being inside a casino is not lost on Wayne. After all, if his short-lived career at Apple had gone differently, he would be holding a different kind of winnings: 10 percent of Apple's stock.

Today, that stock would be worth $22 billion.

Wayne left Apple for only $800.

"What can I say? You make a decision based on your understanding of the circumstances, and you live with it," he said.

Wayne's tenure at Apple began on April 1, 1976. His name is signed on the legal document that established Apple -- next to those of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, the Silicon Valley giants most people associate with the popular tech company, which makes the iPhone and iPad.

Jobs and Wayne had become friends a few years earlier while both were working for the Atari Corporation.

"We did get fairly chummy, had lunch together, dinner together and had conversations," he said.

As Wayne tells it, Jobs asked for his help in drafting documents and mediating a dispute between Jobs and Wozniak. He also drafted the company's first logo and operating manual. For this work, Wayne was awarded a 10 percent stake in Apple.

"What Jobs had in mind was that he and Woz [as Wozniak is sometimes called] should each have 45 percent and I would have 10 percent as mediator in any dispute that would come up," he said.

That account is backed up by other reports.

In Steve Wozniak's autobiography, "iWoZ," he described Wayne as "one of those people who seemed to have a quick answer for everything."

"He seemed to know all the things we didn't," Wozniak wrote. "Ron ended up play a huge role in those very early days at Apple."

But Wayne had early misgivings. He had been unsuccessful in starting a slot-machine manufacturing business. He racked up thousands of dollars in debt.

With Apple, he was concerned history would repeat itself.

"I could see myself getting into this situation again, and I was really getting too old for that kind of thing," Wayne said, noting that his partners at Apple were 20 years younger than he was.

"The way these guys were going, they were going to bulldoze through anything to make this company succeed. But it was going to be very rough ride, and if I wasn't careful, I was going to be the richest man in the cemetery."

Eleven days after Apple was formed, Wayne removed himself from the company charter. He eventually was given $800 for his stake in Apple, and he let go of that valuable Apple stock, which has exploded in value since.

Wayne said he doesn't let himself wonder how things could have been different if he had chosen to stay with Apple.

"Obviously he [Wayne] didn't have the foresight to know what Apple would become. Like any company in the very early stages, there's a risk associated and you've got to be willing to take it, or you're not," said Ben Bajarin, a technology industry analyst for Creative Strategies.

Wayne, whose net worth is mostly tied up in his extensive coin and stamp collection, said he's as "enamored with money as anybody else."

"But when you're at a focal point of history, you don't realize you're at a focal point of history," he said.

A retired engineer, who has worked at various companies since his departure, Wayne said he never has owned an Apple product.

"I never had a real use for computers," he said. He recently purchased a Dell, saying he's too familiar with Microsoft Windows to want to switch.

Diego Martín Forlán Corazo (born 19 May 1979 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan footballer who currently plays for Atlético Madrid of La Liga. He is a two-time winner of both the Pichichi Trophy and the European Golden Shoe.

He was born into a family of footballers. His father Pablo had played for the Uruguay national football team during the 1966 FIFA World Cup held in England and the 1974 FIFA World Cup held in West Germany and his grandfather (through his mother), Juan Carlos Corazo, played for Independiente in Argentina.



Club career
Early career

Forlán, son of former player and Uruguayan international Pablo Forlán, was a promising tennis player in his youth, but when his sister Alejandra was involved in a car accident which killed her boyfriend and left her in intensive care for five months, he decided to follow the family tradition and concentrate on football. He played for several South American clubs, including Argentine side Independiente before transferring in January 2002 to play for Manchester United in England for a fee of £6.9 million.

Manchester United

He made his debut for the team on 29 January against Bolton Wanderers, but did not score his first goal for the club, a penalty, until 18 September in a Champions League game against Maccabi Haifa. It took him eight months and 27 games to score that first goal, to the extent that he was dubbed "Diego Forlorn" and "Diego Birtles" (after Garry Birtles, a former United striker who had flopped) for his goal drought by some quarters of the English press.

Forlán enjoyed the occasional patch of scoring, but inconsistency blighted his time at United. He was, however, noted for scoring important goals, such as the late equaliser at home to Aston Villa and the remarkable volleyed winner in the last minutes of the home game against Chelsea during United's Premiership-winning season of 2002–03. During this period, Forlán became known for characteristically removing his shirt and baring his torso in celebration of his goals. The first such example of this routine resulted in quite an amusing incident; Forlán whipped his shirt off in excitement after scoring an 85th minute winner against Southampton in November 2002 but struggled to get it back on in time for the re-start of play, resulting in the spectacle of Forlán briefly running around the Old Trafford pitch bare-chested, with his shirt still in his hand, then recovering the ball for his team. The referee soon stopped play and ordered Forlán off the pitch to get dressed.

He became a fan favourite in 2002 when he scored two goals against Liverpool in a 2–1 victory at Anfield. Forlán's record of 17 goals from 95 appearances for the club does not compare favourably against his former teammate Ruud van Nistelrooy's 150 goals in 210 games, and it was widely thought that he would not start the 2004–05 season in the Red Devils' team colours. That eventually proving true after signing for Villareal in August of 2004, the same month Manchester United signed Wayne Rooney.

Villarreal

Forlán was strongly linked to a move to Spanish club Levante UD, but signed on 21 August 2004 with another Spanish club, Villarreal CF, where he became the Spanish 2004–05 season Pichichi Trophy with 25 goals, helping Villareal to their first ever UEFA Champions League spot. He also jointly won the European Golden Boot award with Thierry Henry.

Atlético Madrid

Forlán was linked to transfer with Juan Román Riquelme to Atlético Madrid in exchange for Luis Perea and money in June 2007. On 30 June 2007, following the departure of their captain Fernando Torres to Liverpool, Atlético Madrid confirmed that they had agreed a fee of around €21 million.[1] He returned to England in February 2008 to take part in Atlético's UEFA Cup clash against Bolton Wanderers (the club against whom he made his Manchester United debut), but the side lost out 1–0 on aggregate. For the 2008–09 season, he was once again the recipient of the La Liga Pichichi Trophy award, with 32 goals in 33 matches, as well as the European Golden Boot for a second time.

On 22 April 2010, Forlán scored the only goal of the game in Atlético's Europa League semi-final first leg at home to Liverpool. A week later, Liverpool took the tie to extra time before taking a 2–1 aggregate lead. Forlán then scored again to make it 2–2 on aggregate, giving Atlético the away goal they needed to reach the final, in which they played against Fulham at Hamburg's HSH Nordbank Arena on 12 May. Forlán scored twice against Fulham in the Final, in a 2–1 win.

International career

Forlán debuted for the Uruguayan national team in 2002. He scored in the 2002 FIFA World Cup against Senegal with a volley. He also scored against Brazil in the 35th minute of the 2007 Copa América semi-final. However, he missed his shot during the subsequent penalty shootout, which Brazil ultimately won 5–4. Since the 2007 Copa America, Forlán has become a regular for Uruguay and often has a place in the starting XI. On 17 June 2008, he scored a hat trick in a World Cup qualifying game against Peru. During the second game in the 2010 FIFA World Cup against the South Africa national football team he scored a 25 yard shot that took a deflection off Aaron Mokeona. This was his 25th national goal.

Gelson Fernandes (born 2 September 1986 in Praia, Cape Verde) is a Swiss footballer, who currently plays as a midfielder for Saint-Étienne and the Swiss national team.

Club career
Manchester City

Fernandes signed for Manchester City from Sion on 14 July 2007 for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around €6 million (£4.2 million), which would make his sale the second highest transfer in the history of the Swiss League. Following his signing, Sven-Göran Eriksson commented that he thought Fernandes was the "best young player in Switzerland." He made his debut in the 0–0 draw against Portsmouth.

He scored his first goal in a 2–0 victory against Newcastle United on 2 January 2008, after coming on as a substitute for Stephen Ireland. It took just 40 seconds for Fernandes and Kelvin Etuhu to combine for the former to finish from the edge of the box. Gelson scored his second goal in the 1–3 loss to Arsenal at the City of Manchester Stadium. Vedran Ćorluka took advantage of a Gaël Clichy defensive error, who slipped in a pass into the six-yard box for Gelson to tuck home. The goal was not enough to secure any points for Manchester City, but showed the City fans that he was also capable of having an eye for goal like fellow youth midfielder, Michael Johnson.

At the start of the 2008–09 season, Fernandes had his number changed from number 28 to number 19. The number 28 shirt was taken by Daniel Sturridge. He has since scored twice in the 2008–09 season with goals against Brighton & Hove Albion and the final goal in the 6–0 win against Portsmouth. On 9 July 2009, Fernandes moved on trial to Saint-Étienne. He passed a medical on 9 July 2009 to complete a £2 million move to Saint-Étienne. He signed a two-year contract and moved on a undisclosed fee.

International career

Fernandes was captain of the Switzerland U-21 that played against the England U-21 side in their Euro 2007 qualifying match.

He made his first full international appearance for Switzerland against the Netherlands on 22 August 2007. He has since continued to be a regular for Switzerland, playing in their friendly defeat to England at Wembley in February 2008. He also played in all three of the Swiss side's Euro 2008 fixtures. On 28 March 2009, Fernandes scored his first goal for Switzerland, heading in a corner to seal a 2–0 win against Moldova. He scored his first World Cup goal for Switzerland against Spain on 16 June 2010, which Switzerland went on to win 1–0.

Gelson Fernandes arrived in Switzerland with his mother at the age of five from the Cape Verde islands, the family settling in Sion.

According to former Manchester City teammate Micah Richards, he is fluent in five languages. The five languages are: English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Although these are the most widely known languages that Fernandes speaks, it is also known that he can speak Portuguese due to it being the official language of his birthplace, Cape Verde. He is the cousin of Portuguese footballer Manuel Fernandes.

Justin Bieber & Kim Kardashian Spent The Weekend Together

JUSTIN Bieber enjoyed a day at the beach with Kim Kardashian this past weekend!

The pair — Kim, 29, and Justin, 16 — were doing a joint photoshoot in the ocean at the Cove Resort at Atlantis.

“Guess who I’m on the beach with?” Kardashian wrote on her Twitter page. She then posted a picture of herself and Bieber in silhouette.

Bieber later posted a fully visible image of the pair together on his own account: “Photoshoot on the beach… ummmm yeah. I told her to watch out… I love my fans. (sic)”

Kardashian responded by writing, “Bahamas with my Biebs! Fun shoot!”

The reality TV star later posted a photograph showing her running her hands through Bieber’s luscious locks with the caption, “My dream! I messed up Justin Bieber’s hair!”

Bieber — who met Kardashian at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in May — has previously admitted he thinks the busty brunette is “cute”.

“I think she’s cute,” he said in April. “And, no, she’s not too old for me. Above 40 is a little too old for me. I just look for a girl who is funny and has nice eyes and a smile.”
